Safe Oregon
MRSD is always looking for ways to create a safe learning environment for all students. One of the tools that we utilize is the Safe Oregon Tip Line. This is a resource where school safety threats can be reported. By going to safeoregon.com, tips can be submitted via website, phone call, text, email, or mobile app. We encourage any concerns regarding school safety to be submitted using this tool.

What to do when my child is ill?
We are currently back to symptom-based exclusion guidance for the 2023-2024 school year. This includes if someone tests positive for Covid. It is recommended that the ill person consider masking for 10 days after symptom onset.

Community Bond Advisory Committee Reviews MRSD Facilities -
The Molalla River School District School Board is considering a potential capital construction bond measure to address the needs of our aging school buildings.
It’s been nearly 20 years since the passage of the last bond measure in the Molalla River School District. In that time, the number of students in our classrooms has increased, safety and security concerns have changed, and basic systems like electrical, heating, plumbing and roofs are aging and do not function as designed in some schools.
The District has formed a volunteer Community Bond Advisory Committee to assess facilities and consider options for a potential capital construction bond. This group is currently in the process of reviewing building conditions, educational adequacy assessments, and capacity analyses in order to create a plan to support generations of Molalla River students to come.
