NOTICE OF MRSD BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Molalla River School District 35, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, will be held to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The first budget committee meeting will take place on the 2nd day of May 2024, at 7:00pm at the District Office. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message, and proposed budget document. 

The proposed budget document will be posted and available for review on the district’s website www.molallariv.k12.or.us

An additional, separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. This  meeting will take place on May 23rd, 2024 at 7:00pm at the district office (Virtual option will also be available). A meeting link will be posted on the District website www.molallariv.k12.or. us not less than the day prior to the meeting. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.

Any person may provide comment to the Budget Committee. Advance written comments must be submitted to Lauree Nelzen ([email protected]) by 5p.m. on May 22, 2024 and will be read during the public comments agenda on May 23, 2024.
