The Business Office encompasses the following areas: Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.  The objective of the office is to deliver professional financial stewardship. This is done by providing an accurate reflection of the District’s financial health, guiding the development of the budget and paying vendors and employees timely and correctly.

The 1989 Ford E350 will be available for viewing on March 11th, 2020 by Appointment only. Call 503-829-2359 to make the viewing appointment.

The 1993 Ford F150 will be available for viewing on March 11th, 2020 between 10 am and 12 pm at 412 S. Sweigle Ave Molalla OR, 97038.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the attention of: Business Manager on March 11th, 2020 by 3:00 PM at 412 S. Sweigle Ave. Molalla, Oregon.  Please fill out the bid form found here and seal in an envelope. The vehicle being bid on must be identified on the face of the sealed envelope. All bids will be opened at 3:15 PM on March 11th, 2020. The vehicles will be awarded to the highest bidder. Cash or cashiers check are the only acceptable methods of payment.
